Office and Client Service Manager
Jessica joined Gerardi Wealth Management in June of 2025, as Lisa Gerardi's new Office Manager and Client Services Manager.
She brings over a decade of experience in the financial services industry, with a background in employee development, customer service, and team leadership. Jessica is passionate about creating positive relationships, delivering excellent customer service, and making sure clients feel heard and supported every step of the way.
Jessica is a native of Cincinnati. She grew up on the east side of Cincinnati and now resides in Liberty Township with her husband of 22 years and two teenage sons. She attended the University of Cincinnati college of Arts and applied Science and earned a Bachelor of Arts in English.
Outside of work, Jessica is an avid reader and movie lover who enjoys exploring new ideas and finding inspiration in everyday moments. She values time spent with her family, meaningful conversations, and any opportunity to connect with others—whether over coffee, a shared laugh, or a good book. Her personal philosophy is rooted in kindness, curiosity, and the belief that small gestures can make a big difference.
